Do you offer a secure payment gateway when placing an order online?

Yes, we offer two secure payment gateway methods: Paypal and Stripe.

Which countries do you deliver to and how long does delivery take?

We deliver to all countries: (please note there is currently a limit of 2kg for ROW orders only, you may need to split larger orders)

For Dropship UK Orders, we aim to fulfil all orders within 1 to 3 working days. You will be able to choose one of our available methods at checkout.

For wholesale UK orders, please allow 1-5 working days for our team to dispatch your order.

For all overseas orders, please allow 1-15 working days for us to dispatch your order.

Can I collect my order?

Our manufacturing facility does not have the capacity to allow for collections of our Food Supplements. Please place your order through the website. We have same day weekday dispatch for retail customers when you place your order before 2pm with free delivery and no minimum order.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please see the table above for expected delivery times for orders placed by 1pm on a weekday. If your order has not arrived within the expected date, please check with your local delivery office.

If not there, send an email to info@lindens.co.uk with your order number and confirm your delivery address. We will investigate the issue and respond within 1 working day.

I have a question about the product that I cannot find on your product page. What do I do?

Our products are Food Supplements and all the information we hold is on the product page or on the product itself. If you are taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements.

Can you take my order by telephone?

We do not take telephone orders. The best way to order is through our website.

I placed an order online but I am not sure if it has gone through. How do I check?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order when it has been placed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox. If you did not receive an email confirmation, send an email to info@lindens.co.uk with your intended email address and time of date of placing the order and we will investigate. The simplest method is to create an account before you place your order and you can access your previous orders from within your account.

I have an error while placing an order, what should I do?

Here on lindenstrade.com is where you’ll find up to date information regarding our products. We’ll also email out a newsletter to inform you of any amendments to our catalogue.

The price per unit doesn't exactly match the total price: why is this?

Due to our volume-related discounts, our price per unit calculations have been displayed rounded to the nearest penny. For example, £2.4035 would be expressed as £2.40.
