4. Price and Payments
The price of all goods shall be clearly indicated on the website at all times. We reserve the right to adjust the price of our products at any time, without notification or warning.
Payment is required at the point of sale, unless credit terms have been established in writing, between Lindens Health and Nutrition Ltd and the Customer.
All wholesale customers will be charged VAT according to their shipping address.
All dropship customers will be charged VAT according to their billing address.
Only one coupon can be applied to each order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons.
All coupons only apply to the total price of the products. You will not receive a discount for delivery charges or fulfilment fees.
4.3. Volume Related Discounts
Due to our volume-related discounts, our price per unit calculations have been displayed rounded to the nearest penny. For example, £2.4035 would be expressed as £2.40.
5. Shipping – Wholesale Customers
For our wholesale Customers, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt on the condition that your account is not overdue.
6. Shipping – Dropshippers
Orders received before 12 noon working days (Mon to Fri, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid address is provided. We do not insure lost or damaged goods in transit or non-deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for tracked orders, we reserve the right to select the courier and service.
7. Returns Policy
Please inspect all deliveries immediately after receipt of your order. We do not accept liability for any damaged items on your physical stores and premises, nor for any items after they have been sold on by the Customer.
While we always aim to provide 48 hours notice to our trade partners for any products falling out of stock, we reserve the right to make any product or service unavailable with immediate effect.
